1. No Refund Policy

At AstroSuparna, we value the time and energy dedicated to analyzing your birth charts and providing Vedic guidance. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Once a consultation service has been purchased or a reading has been delivered (whether orally, via video call, or in written format), it cannot be returned or exchanged. The energy and expertise invested in preparing your report are irreversible.

2. Cancellation of Appointment

We understand that emergencies arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment:

• You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• We will happily offer one complimentary rescheduling to a mutually convenient date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered as a "consumed service" and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

3. Technical Issues

In the rare event of a technical failure on our end (e.g., internet outage during a live call), we will ensure that your session is paused and resumed or rescheduled immediately without any extra cost.
